To schedule an appointment, obtain information about NPVH, or check on your pet’s medical progress, please call our client service team at 732-363-4500. One of our representatives will be ready to assist you. If your question cannot be answered immediately, you will have the option to leave a voice-mail message for one of our doctors or a specific department.  We make every effort to expedite and return calls on the same day.

 


If your pet is already registered as a patient of NPVH you are welcome to fax previous medical records or requests for prescription refills to 732-363-8163.

Please call the office at 732.363.7202 to make arrangements with our client service staff to have your pet examined by one of our doctors. Appointments are available:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9:40 am - 4:20 pm
Tuesday, Thursday
11:40 am - 6:20 pm
Saturday
8:40 am - 2:20 pm

We respect your time and make every effort to see pets promptly at their scheduled appointment times. If you or your pet is new to our hospital, please arrive a few minutes early so that we can complete the necessary paperwork before your scheduled appointment. To save time, you may complete our Client Information Sheet to bring with you.
