Under the direction and supervision of the practice owners, Hospital Administrators are responsible for coordinating all aspects of hospital operations including personnel management and training, financial and regulatory compliance, medical supplies, drug inventory and facility maintenance. Most important they establish and maintain protocols that support OCVH’s mission, vision and standards of care.
