Dr. Mei-An Raicer

Dr. Raicer is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Columbus, OH. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston University. Originally from Monmouth County, Dr. Raicer has returned to the Jersey Shore to join the OCVH staff.

Her primary interest lies in surgery, although she enjoys all of the variety and challenges associated with companion animal medicine. Current memberships include the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), and the Jersey Shore Veterinary Medical Association (JSVMA).

She likes to spend as much of her free time as possible outdoors. Her interests include running, traveling, reading and cooking. She has a lab mix named Piper and 2 cats, Mouse and Ubu.
