Community Medical Center Foundation, Inc. will hold its 7th annual "Dog Walk for Cancer". Past events have been a huge success and participation increases every year - in 2009 they had over 1,000 participants and nearly $14,000 was raised. Proceeds from this event support the J. Phillip Citta Regional Cancer Center and all the Community Medical Center Cancer Programs, including pet therapy, staff education, art supplies for the Creative Me Art Program, education materials, wigs, turbans, a music practitioner, massage and Reiki therapy and aromatherapy.
